In case of returns, we need to adhere to follow these conditions:
• Any faulty or damaged items must be reported to us within 14 days of purchase. If the issue is a manufacturing problem, we will provide a full refund or exchange to the customer. In some cases this can take up to 30 days.
• Under any circumstance that the customer refused to receive the order from the courier, no refund will be given.
• Consumable items such as eliquid, disposables, pods and coils will be permitted for return provided that the item has not been opened, no sign of usage and properly sealed.
